This is an home made UV-NIL setup. Can be used for both low temperature thermal NIL or UV-NIL, thanks to the aligned 254 nm UV lamp inserted in a suitable optical setup. An Hydraulic press can rich pressure up to 6 Bar; the exposure of the sample and the mould during the imprinting process is guarantee by a quartz window. An heating system allows to reach temperatures up to 150°C, while a water based cooling circuit permits the fast cool down. The maximum sample size is 4”; the optical window is 3”.
